PURCHASE LOCATIONS

Bus and Trolley passes may be purchased at: the North End Terminal located at 444 N. Main St. Memphis, Tn 38103, Monday through Friday 7:00 am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:00 a.m-4:30 p.m CLOSED Sundays, or the American Way Transit Center located at 3921 American Way Memphis, Tn 38118. Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays

** MATA ID card required. Two forms of identification must be presented to obtain ID card at MATA's Customer Service Center. A Medicare card is a valid form of identification.

MATA Return Policy

All passes are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable.

Memphis Area Transit Authority assumes no responsibility for items lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed in the mail.

MATA may replace passes that are wedged or trapped in the farebox.

Exact fare is required. Operators do not make change. A Medicare card is a valid form of identification.

Base Fare in Fixed-route Service Area	$3.00
Zone Fare for areas outside Memphis City limits	$1.50
Zone Fare origin or destination greater than 1 mile, but less than 6 miles inside Shelby County	$7.50
Zone Fare origin and destination greater than 1 mile, but less than 6 miles inside Shelby County	$9.50
MATAplus Pass	$50.00*
MATAplus Pass w/ Zone Fares	$80.00

MATA will accept the old passes for a valid fare until Tuesday, July 31, 2007, no additional fare will be required.

MATA will gladly swap old passes for new passes for no additional fare beginning in July.

New 21-ride MATAplus passes will be available for purchase on Monday, July 2, 2007 by mail or at American Way Transit Center or the North End Terminal
