Call the MATA hotline at 901-274-6282. Our automated phone system will give you specific route information with inbound and outbound times. You may press "zero" at any time during the message. This will allow you to speak directly to one of our information specialists.

Our specialists are available:

  • Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Holiday Hours Vary

FORGOT YOUR ITEM ON THE BUS?

Lost & Found items are collected from buses at the end of service each day.

 

· Items are available for pick-up after 10 a.m.of the next business day.

 

· The Lost and Found office is located at North End Terminal, 444 N. Main. and open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM.

 

· MATA may be able to contact drivers regarding lost items during the course of the day and the staff does its best to handle emergencies such as lost children, wallets, or other items of extreme importance.

· All Lost & Found items are kept for 10 days . After that time, unclaimed items are donated to charitable organizations.
