Memphis, Tenn. - Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) is hiring for additional operators and mechanics, offering up to $3,000 in hiring bonuses.
All applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, and drivers are required to have either an “A” or “B” Class Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a Passenger (P) Endorsement in order to be considered for a driving position.
MATA also offers free in-house training for candidates who do not have the license qualifications.
Positions they are hiring for pay ranges from $15.85 to $26.
The event will take place every Thursday in March from 4-6 pm at 1370 Levee Road, Memphis TN, 38108.
