Customers using the MATA Plus app can rate their experience after each trip. Riders gave MATA Plus an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars during the month of June.
Growing Ridership
57,000 Trips Completed
MATA Plus completed 57,223 trips so far this year and a whopping 10,000 trips in June alone.
2,700 More Trips Than Last Year
Compared to the same period in 2025, MATA Plus provided 2,750 additional trips, demonstrating growing demand for the service.
