Thank you for using the Ready! by MATA app and customer portal. By using the app, you agree to the terms and conditions of use. These terms govern the purchase and use of mobile tickets purchased from the Ready! by MATA app and the GO901TRANSIT.com customer on-line web portal.
MATA reserves the right to issue updates to the mobile app. You may not be able to continue to use an older version of the app that may be installed on your phone and will be required to download the newer version in order to continue to use the app.
Using Mobile Tickets
All mobile tickets are subject to the same rules and regulations of use as those tickets sold at MATA transit centers. MATA policies can be found on the www.matatransit.com website.
Prices and Receipts
When you purchase a mobile ticket on the Ready! by MATA app, the price will be displayed before you are asked to confirm the purchase. Prices on the mobile app are the same as those tickets sold from MATA Transit Centers. Once you have completed your purchase on the mobile app, a receipt will be emailed to you at the email address you provided when you registered your account. By using the app, you agree to receive account related emails.
The Ready! by MATA app is free, however some data charges may be incurred by you from your network provider. All MATA Transit Centers and MATA vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing customers to access and use the Ready! by MATA app without the need for a data plan. MATA cannot be held responsible for any connectivity issues that may occur.
Materials, Ownership and Restrictions on Use
The Ready! by MATA app, customer portal, and www.matatransit.com are designed for the sole purpose of providing transit and community related information and allowing MATA customers to purchase transit fares and manage their accounts.
All images, logos, graphics, data, software and any links are owned by MATA. It is unlawful to copy, reproduce, create derivations, republish, upload or post, transmit or distribute the Ready! by MATA app or any content within the Ready! by MATA app or customer portal.
