The Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) Board of Commissioners meets monthly to discuss MATA's operations, policies, and plans. Meetings are open to the public, and public comments are encouraged.

Committee Meetings
Unless otherwise noted, committee meetings are typically held one week prior to the Regular Board Meeting. Meeting start times vary; please refer to the schedule below.

Regular Meetings
Regular meetings are held monthly, typically at 3:30 p.m., unless otherwise indicated. Meetings are held at One Commerce Square, 40 S. Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103. Meetings are held in the Auditorium located on Level C.

Note: Meeting dates, times, and locations are subject to change with adequate notice.

Public Participation

The MATA Board encourages public participation. Members of the public who wish to speak during the public comment portion of a Regular Board Meeting must sign up prior to the meeting start time.
