The MATA Board of Commissioners governs policy for the agency. The Board is appointed by the Mayor of Memphis and approved by the Memphis City Council. Regular and special meetings of the MATA Board of Commissioners is usually held at 3:30 p.m. every fourth Tuesday of each month at the MATA headquarters that is located at 1370 Levee Road in Memphis unless otherwise noted.
